This Halloween, Lorilil Jewelers is inviting Forest Hills families, kids, and neighbors to show us what they can create. Make your pumpkin funny, spooky, beautiful, ridiculous, traditional — or something we’ve never seen before.

How to Enter the Great Forest Hills Pumpkin Contest
- Create your pumpkin. Carve it, paint it, decorate it, or combine techniques.
- Give your pumpkin a creative name.
- Take a clear photo of your finished creation.
- Send your pumpkin photo and pumpkin name to Lorilil Jewelers through Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or email.

How Judging
Works
A little more detailfor curious minds.
Round 1: Once submissions close, our community judges review every eligible pumpkin and select the entries they feel should advance.
Round 2: Advancing pumpkins are scored on Creativity & Originality, Craftsmanship & Effort, Overall Impression, and Wow Factor.
Entries are ranked within their respective divisions, and the highest-scoring pumpkins become finalists in the Kids Division and Open Division.
Once the finalists are announced, Forest Hills gets the final say. Judge scores do not carry over; the winners are determined by community voting. One winner will be chosen from each division.
